Little Angels

June 18, 2008

had the great pleasure of taking some photos of my friend’s gorgeous nieces the other weekend. Her two sisters have four daughters between them, and they’re all just adorable kids.

This is the youngest – if I ever have kids, I hope they are all as lovely tempered as this little one. I don’t think she fussed or cried the whole evening – nothing but happy gurgles and smiles!

(Why is it so easy to pick out a thousand faults in every photo but so hard to give myself any praise for actually taking a good one?)

Anyway, one thing that I am happy about… I’m editing these on…MY NEW COMPUTER!! My old motherboard bit the dust, so I finally upgraded to something that can handle running Lightroom and PS at the same time. Editing is much more fun now, and takes about half the time it used to.

Cute overload!

This weekend I went to a 1st birthday and saw more babies in one place than I have ever seen in my entire life…

Samuel – the birthday boy!

Daddy Ted and big sis Heiyeon (who is so cute it’s impossible to get a bad photo of her).

Apparently in Korea there is a tradition when a baby turns one, they place a bunch of different objects in front and the one the baby grabs first will hint at what he might be when he grows up. Sam went for the pencil but was repeatedly steered toward the cash and the credit card instead, haha.
